How can I track my current tickets?
  1. Click here https://www.craftmeow.com/support/ticket.php
  2. Find your ticket tracking ID in the email, it should be in this format: XXX-XXX-XXXX.
  3. Type the email address that you used to submit the ticket in the past and hit "view ticket"

Please remember to attach your order # before submitting a ticket:
We suggest you attach your order # while submitting a ticket, that'll help us to navigate to your order fast and solve it prometely.

If you want to change your shipping address:
please contact us via Etsy message (not here in case we can't read it in time). The person in our company who is in charge of the shipment will directly see it. You can only change your shipping address prior to the shipment.
